The main house can comfortably accommodate up to ten overnight guests in five bedrooms on the 2nd floor which are accessible by elevator; and eight further guests in  four more double bedrooms in two guest houses on the property.  High quality customised linens, robes and locally sourced natural toiletries appoint each room. High speed secure wi-fi is available property wide, and a sound system plays in the main floor lounges and terrace. There is air conditioning throughout the villa with individual controls in each bedroom.

Upstairs, the newly renovated upper floors represent a classic Baroque style with highly ornamental décor. Grand antique furnishings match the intricate architectural details of the original Villa.

Downstairs, the ultra-modern brand new Spa & leisure complex has an indoor pool, gym equipment and sauna, a full wet bar, home theatre, large event space, cigar lounge, and wine cellar ; all designed with contemporary amenities, stylish furniture and modern art.

All four floors of the Villa are serviced by a lift from the below ground Spa and leisure complex to the spacious roof deck. The newly renovated sun deck offers an open plan for casual entertaining; the roof deck is ideal for private sunbathing and relaxation. A full cook station BBQ supports al fresco dining and events on deck with a 360 view of the beach and the mountains.
